Sales Manager
Function
- Responsible and point of contact for a team of 4 to 6 direct reports.
 - Monitoring weekly reports and ensuring correct CRM entry by salespeople.
 - Organising field coaching with salespeople, with two days per month on the field.
 - Conduct dialogue-based evaluation interviews and observe sales team.
 - Apply leadership principles such as teamwork and perseverance.
 - Organise monthly informal meetings to share best practices.
 - Maintain a positive atmosphere and motivate your team on a weekly basis.
 - Responsible for achieving the business plan per project per month.
 
Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in sales.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in managing a team.
 - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
 - Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
 - Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
 - Positive and energetic attitude, with ability to create a positive atmosphere.
 - Perfectly French-speaking.
