Managing Director Europe Region
Focus on Belgium, the Netherlands and France _{(Denmark and Austria)}
Location: Europe (with central hub in Belgium)                

Function

As Managing Director Europe Region, you will take full ownership of business performance and brand positioning in Europe.
You will be responsible for profit & loss, market expansion, and team leadership, ensuring V-ZUG becomes the most aspirational brand in the premium appliance segment.

• Driving profitable growth by developing existing and new markets, channels, and dealer networks.
• Steering revenues and margin targets, ensuring KPIs are achieved across the region.
• Building strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, designers, kitchen manufacturers, and media.
• Shaping brand strategy in line with marketing, positioning V-ZUG as the preferred premium choice.
• Leading regional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and respect.
• Continuously optimizing processes and structures in cooperation with central functions to meet market and brand requirements.
• Building and shaping the regional strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  
  

Profile

• Proven leadership track record with P&L responsibility, ideally in the building, kitchen, or design industry.
• Solid experience in premium sales with an excellent personal network in related industries.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinker and the ability to combine strategy with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English, Dutch & French
• Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred).
• A resilient, collaborative, and results-driven personality with a passion for innovation and change.
• Willing to travel (50%).
