HR Business Partner
Function
- Implement various HR processes at production sites in Limburg.
 - Creatively approach the labour market to attract talent; build a network and collaborate with schools, temp agencies, and job fairs.
 - Ensuring smooth pre- and onboarding so that new employees quickly feel at home.
 - Prepare training plans and encourage talent development.
 - Advising managers on development interviews and personnel issues.
 - Being the first point of contact for employees and building a relationship of trust.
 - Staying up to date with evolutions within the HR field and promoting company values.
 - Being a member of the national HR BP team and contributing to a constructive HR policy.
 
Profile
- Higher degree (bachelor or master) with relevant experience in a generalist HR function, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
 - Passion for HR in the broadest sense of the word.
 - Customer- and team-oriented, results-oriented and change-oriented.
 - Able to convince others and communicate fluently at different levels.
 - Strong empathy and persuasiveness.
