For their continued growth, they are looking for a Consumer Data Specialist / Analyst for the Paris office, with responsibilities for both France and Malta.
Function
- Collect consumer-oriented data from various sources (user behaviour, customer satisfaction, digital interaction, etc.).
- Develop data models and dashboards to support commercial, operational and strategic decisions.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for marketing, customer experience and product development.
- Identifying trends in consumer behaviour and advising on improvement actions regarding service and customer approach.
- Working closely with local teams in France and Malta, as well as with international IT and marketing departments.
- Contribute to the continuous optimisation of data quality, consistency and availability.
- Follow up closely on evolutions in data analysis and tooling and propose innovative solutions.
Profile
- Master's degree (preferably in data analysis, statistics, economics, marketing or similar).
- At least 3 years' experience in an analytical role within a customer-facing environment.
- Strong in the use of tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics and/or other BI platforms.
- Translate complex data sets vto clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured, accurate and solution-oriented, with an eye for detail as well as the bigger picture.
- You communicate fluently in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
