Probel Capital Management n.v. is a Belgian investment advisory and private equity management firm established in 1992 and based in Sint Lambrechts Woluwe. For one of its principal projects called Zhaikmunai (www.zhaikmunai.com), an independent oil and gas company currently engaging in the exploration, production and sale of crude oil and gas condensate in northwestern Kazakhstan, we are currently looking for a (m/f):
Chief Operational Officer (Brussels, Belgium)
Responsibilities:
❏As a Chief Operational Officer, you manage, supervise, conduct and support the formulation and preparation of all technical records and projects to construct all necessary treatment, transportation and logistical infrastructure, in order to develop all kinds of existing hydrocarbon reserves.
❏You coordinate and support each procurement in relation to surface facilities, and perform studies to define the most appropriate design of technical facilities, according to their capacities and budgets.
❏As one of the administrative pillars of the enterprise you guarantee an impeccable communication between Brussels and Kazakhstan.
❏To strenghten the ties between Brussels and Kazakhstan you will be on site in Kazakhstan, four or five days every month.
❏You evaluate and report the working of the enterprise to the decision makers.
Profile:
❏The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in leadership, management and administration, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
❏A minimum of 5 years effective experience in process engineering for our gas, treatment and transportation facilities is a must.
❏With a perfect knowledge of English, you are perfectionist and focused on quality. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
